Talk to us

UI UX Design Company in Bangalore

If people sign up and then stop using your product, the design may be the reason. We work out where they get stuck, then design screens your developers can actually build.

When a UI UX design company can help

Your support team keeps answering the same question. A new customer needs a call before they can use the product. Sales demos go well, then the free trial goes quiet. These are design problems, even when nobody calls them that.

A new coat of paint won't fix them. Good UX starts by watching what people try to do, and UI makes the next step obvious. We do both, and we treat a nice looking screen that nobody can finish as a failed screen.

What we design

  • UX audits of a product you already have, with problems ranked by what they cost you
  • Mobile app and website screens, from rough flows to final design
  • SaaS dashboards and admin panels, where a lot of information has to stay readable
  • Design systems, so new screens match old ones without redrawing everything
  • Clickable prototypes you can test with real users before anything gets built

Why design and code should sit together

Most of the damage happens in the handover. A designer draws something that takes three weeks to build, a developer quietly simplifies it, and the live product looks nothing like what you approved. At Grid & Code, the people designing talk to the people building while the screens are still changing. You don't have to hire us for both, though. If you have your own developers, we'll design for what they can build and hand over clean Figma files.

How a project runs

  1. Understand. We go through your product, your numbers and who uses it.
  2. Map the flows. We agree on the steps before drawing any final screens, because changes are cheapest here.
  3. Design and review. You see the work as it develops, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
  4. Test and hand over. We try it with users where we can, then prepare it for development.

Questions before you start

How long does a UI UX design project take?

It depends on how many flows are involved. An audit of one key journey is much smaller than redesigning a whole SaaS product. We'll give you a timeline once we've seen the scope.

Can you redesign an app without rebuilding it?

Often, yes. Many improvements change the screens and leave the backend alone. If your app was built with an AI tool, read about our AI app rescue too, because the design may not be the only thing to check.

Can you also build what you design?

Yes. See mobile app development and website development.

Where do people get stuck in your product?

Show us, and we'll tell you what we'd look at first.
